Patient Advice And Liaison Service (PALS) and Complaints

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) welcome and value all compliments, suggestions, concerns and complaints from all patients, their relatives or carers. 

The confidential service will answer queries and give ‘on-the-spot’ help and advice relating to health services within the NHS Chiltern Clinical Commissioning Group area.

This service aims to help resolve any concerns you may have:

  • Listen to your concerns and comments
  • Give confidential advice and support
  • Ensure that your feedback is used to improve services
  • Advise and support quickly and effectively
  • Provide information on local health services

To make a complaint

To make a complaint about the service you have received from a health provider in the Chiltern Clinical Commissioning Group area go directly back to the provider, or send your complaint to PALS and Complaints and we will manage your complaint for you.

Support Empower Advocate Promote

SeapSEAP (Support Empower Advocate Promote) is a new local Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service in Buckinghamshire. This is a free, confidential and independent service that helps individuals to make a complaint about any aspect of their NHS care or treatment they feel has gone wrong. 

SEAP also deals with complaints about any NHS funded service including hospitals, GPs, dentists, pharmacists and treatment in private hospitals or care homes.
