We are keen to listen to your experience of using local health services. Providing feedback, both good and bad, can help inform the way we commissions services in the future. Building on your experiences of using services, along with reviewing the latest medical evidence, is key to shaping local health services.

Please note that this page is not intended to receive specific complaints. These should be addressed to the GP practice or other health service provider that is best placed to address your concerns.

Any feedback will be collated and responded to by our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS).
