Being physically active can help us lead healthier and happier lives, reducing risk of chronic disease and mental health disorders.

Being physically active can start with just getting moving, and trying to make activity a part of everyday life.

The Active Bucks project supports people in getting more active, more often – see the Active Bucks webpage for more information and ideas.

If you feel you need further support in getting active, your GP may be able to refer you to a service which will help you in meeting you goals to get moving.
